We are pleased to inform you that all new products come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranties for our awnings include: 10 years on hardware, 10 years on motors and controls, 10 years on fabric, and 24 months on accessories. For our Motorized Roll Screen (Shades), the warranties are as follows: a lifetime warranty on hardware, 5 years on motors and controls, and up to 15 years on fabric, depending on the fabric selection. Additionally, Midwest Sun Protection provides a one-year warranty on labor. We encourage you to review the SunPro warranty information below, which includes guidance on addressing any issues or questions that may arise after installation.

At Midwest Sun Protection, we take pride in the quality of the products and services we offer.

However, we understand that unforeseen issues may occasionally arise, possibly covered under warranty, or something our knowledgeable team is able to assist in diagnosing and resolving.
